Perfect!
I was beyond surprised by the quality that cirque returned too. I've seen some negative comments, and I can not understand. The show was back to back acrobatics, the music was unbelievable, and all the characters were very likeable. The trapeze finally blew my mind. Amazing BUT no high flying acts
As with all Cirque shows, my family & I were amazed by the talent, costumes & overall show of Alegria this evening. Certainly a family friendly show & a very intimate setting in the big top. I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house!
Unfortunately it was a very hot night. I’m unsure if this was the reason why we didn’t get to see 3 acts (aerialists, cross ring & bars/trapeze). Of course we want all performers to be safe, but there was no mention anywhere that the show would be altered. As a result, the “story†was disjointed & lacked coherence. I wish they had some sort of disclaimer or acknowledgement at some point in the evening. A little disappointing when my girls were SO excited, specifically about the aerialist act.
