Who are Chase & Status?

After meeting at Manchester University through their mutual love of drum and bass in the mid-nineties, the pair struck up an electric friendship that remains to this day. The release of their album No More Idols' was a pivotal moment in UK dance music, bringing the aggression of acts like The Prodigy to wider dance audiences. After winning the 2024 Brit Award for Producer of the Year, this duo's sound has become a staple in modern dance.
